Ebbi is run by MVO Holding B.V., Cimburgalaan 2, 4819 BC Breda, the Netherlands, registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under 76429091. You reach me at hello@ebbi.ai.
What I keep
Only what you send through the form on this site: your name, your brand, your email and your note. It reaches me as one email. The site itself stores none of it.
Why
To answer you, and if we work together, for that work: the law calls it the steps you asked for (GDPR, article 6.1b). Never for a newsletter or a list, and never sold or passed on.
How long
As long as we are talking or working together, and as long as the law asks me to keep what belongs to a job. If we don’t work together, I delete your email within a year.
Who else handles it
The site runs on Cloudflare; my email lives at Hostnet, in the Netherlands. Both handle your message only to deliver it. Cloudflare is an American company, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or trackers: its own rules refuse any script from anywhere else. Like every website, its host sees your device’s internet address to send you the pages; I keep no record of your visit.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or handed to you, or object to how I use it: write to hello@ebbi.ai. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
